Bio
Becky is primarily a non-representational painter, influenced by the unique textures, patterns and distinctive colour palettes found in nature. As an abstract artist, the inclusion of texture in her pieces has long since been part of her personal style. Becky works to find a balance between the incorporation of modern, geometric components combined with organic, natural elements. She builds up thin, glazed layers to create depth and movement within her paintings and draws the viewer in to look up close at the bold colours inspired by prairie skies and her iconic inclusion of cloud work.
