Bob Thomasson
Bio
Bob was born in Hamilton in April 1955 and by the time he moved to Calgary with his parents at age 14 he had a love of making things. He continued in high school to make Art and enrolled in Fine Art at U of C in 1973. There he drew, sculpted, painted, made photos and early video finally graduating with a BFA in Painting. He have always had a day job to pay the bills but have always painted; made Art. Since retiring, he is teaching himself to make woodcuts prints.
