Lara Cooke
Lara is a Calgary-based painter. She works exclusively in oils and is drawn to diverse subject matter ranging from portraits of rugged faces that tell a story of a life lived to sweeping canola fields, the Rocky Mountains, and the play of light upon the calm waters of the Elbow River which slide by her home.
