P Susanah Windrum is a mixed media metal artist whose education includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Emily Carr College of Art and Design, a Theatre Arts Diploma from Mount Royal College and numerous Jewellery and Metal courses. Susanah uses recycled and post-consumer metals in her art practice because she is attracted to materials that already have a story or history. She loves the process of creating something new, out of objects that once had a completely different origin. Susanah’s whimsical characters are constructed by hand-riveting and are given charm and personality through their body language.
